Now creating custom M2M Matilda Jane & Persnickety headbands & hairclips!

Whimsical, Elegant & Vintage Inspired Handcrafted Feather/Floral hairclips, headbands and more for Moms & Tots! Specializing in uniquely created custom designs for photography props and maternity & bridal/wedding party sashes/headpieces . I've also just recently opened a bridal & formal wear shop here in Wesley Chapel, called The Fancy Frock! It is a dream I've had many years now and I am finally watching it come into existence which is exciting and almost surreal for me!!

**I am the original Plumes 'n Blooms shop on Etsy (meaning any other shop with this name was created after mine was). All of my designs and creations are originals and are created solely by me- I do not copy other designs on Etsy as I greatly respect and enjoy each artist's unique work & talents. I enjoy looking at other artists work of course, but I DO NOT copy work, I am a very uniquely creative individual and I design a variety of items based purely on inspirational whims and gain creative inspiration from nature, natural fabrics and whimsical colors. Please respect this as well. Thanks!

I am a single mom who loves to work with color/textures and create fun, whimsical, elegant & unique items for females of all ages. My favorite medium (for now!) are feathers, flowers, rhinestones, ribbon, vintage-inspired lace, fabric & buttons. I am addicted to making headbands & hairclips using hand-rolled fabric rosettes and other beautiful embellishments & fabric textures. My absolute favorite item to make is bridal/maternity sashes and anything bridal!

I believe that artistic expression comes from the heart and makes people feel happy. I truly enjoy having a creative outlet and need it to be content. I love making others happy as well. If I can create something custom just for you, I'd be delighted to help, just convo me :)

Payment

Paypal accepted

For custom items, I will normally gather more info and usually send some basic pics of ideas or colors before setting up a custom listing. Once payment for the custom listing is processed, the item will be completed and shipped within time agreed upon.

Shipping

Priority Mail & First Class shipping, please allow 5-7 business days for items to ship. It may take up to 1-2 weeks extra if I need to special order a fabric or other material.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the creative/custom nature of the business, but if something is damaged or lost, I will work with you to fix any concerns.

I wish for everyone to be completely happy with their purchase, whether it is custom or not, so please contact me immediately so we can remedy any issues or concerns and I will do my very best!! Thanks so much :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

The majority of my listings are already made and ready to ship- I try to keep listings updated and I note when one-of-a-kind items sell within the listing. It generally takes 4-7 days turn-around time for in stock hairclip/headband and pen orders to be made, or up to 1 additional week for out of stock colors/custom orders.If you need something sooner, I can usually do a rush order if I have all the materials so just convo me! :)

On occasion, a substitute fabric or embellishment may need to be used but I will always make it as close as possible or notify the customer of any changes.

Concerning bridal & wedding party orders, depending on size and items needed, please allow at least a few weeks for completed orders.
