PRODUCTION TIME: Our current turnaround time is up to 10 business days (Mon. - Fri.) on most items depending on my workload, not including an extra 3 days for shipping time. If you need an item sooner than the processing time, message me first to see if I can accommodate your rush order. A $10 rush fee will be added to all rush orders for each item, which includes upgrading to 2 day priority shipping. Rush orders will ship in 1-3 days! Rush fees is for t-shirts, towels, bibs, onesies, gowns, and diaper covers only.

HOURS OF OPERATION: is M-F 8:00-5:00 and Sat. 8:00-2:00. I will be closed on Sundays. I do not answer emails on Sundays, so if you email me I will get back to you on Monday.

If ordering for the holidays, and because of an increase in sells, it is best to order early to allow enough time to get your merchandise in a timely manner.

PLACING AN ORDER: PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. WITHOUT IT I CAN NOT START YOUR ORDER. I WILL EMAIL YOU ON 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, AND IF I DON'T GET A RESPONSE WITHIN 5 DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCEL AND YOUR MONEY REFUNDED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ETSY EMAIL PERIODICALLY.

RUSH ORDERS: Orders are done on a first come first serve basis. We only do rush orders on t-shirts, towels, bibs, onesies, gowns, and diaper covers only at this time, in the US only. CUSTOM ORDERS are welcomed for an extra fee. Please message me so that we can create an unique item that's personalized for you. Custom orders will take up to 2 weeks to complete once the customer has approved the design, not including shipping. Custom orders consist of creating something new that is not on my site. There is a lot of computer time that goes into the creation of a new design, fabric selection, stitching out the design, trimming and cleaning the design and then packaging, because of this there is an extra fee charged. There is also constant communication needed, please make sure you are checking your ETSY email periodically. Payment is due in full for all custom orders, before the work is started.

PERSONALIZATION: All items in our store can be personalized (up to 9 letters free) additional letters, words or sayings can be done for an extra charge. Contact me for pricing.

TAXES FOR NC SALES: All North Carolina sales are subject to a 6.75% tax. Taxes will be added at the time of purchase to your shipping.
